Refund Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with Written Stationery! Because our products are made to order and our Written Mail Club memberships involve curated, non-reusable items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We hope you understand, and we truly appreciate your support of a small, independent shop.

Damages and Issues
We care deeply about your experience! Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us right away at writtenstationery.com@gmail.com if anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final. This includes all stationery products, Written Mail Club subscriptions and shipments, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds
Because all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order. If that happens, please contact us at writtenstationery.com@gmail.com and we’ll work with you on a resolution.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, as required by EU law.
